Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, where available.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Express Shipping

We offer express shipping on selected locations. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability and charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

D'Tote is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided during checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
