Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page.

Exchanges

Want a different design? We're happy to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-returnable Items

Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
