At D'Tote, we take pride in creating quality canvas tote bags designed for everyday use. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Not showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased during special clearance or final sale events
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from us.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For size, color, or design changes, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist based on product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect item was received
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
